Golden Hoblobster
Large beast, Chaotic Evil
As you enter the lair, you hear clacking noises, like metal on terracotta, and the soft rattle of chains. As you round the corner of the tunnel, the first thing you notice is the light glinting off a ring of razor-sharp teeth.
Standing on a stone platform with its arms spread wide open, is a fully-grown Golden Hoblobster.
Its teeth and jagged claws are bespattered with freshly glistening blood. In front of it lies a headless corpse.
Built into the perimeter of the wall are seven skulls, each with a different symbol painted on its forehead in what looks like dried blood.
The hoblobster’s milky white eyes betray its lack of sight however the large beast waves its antenna around, using them to locate the direction of your electric field. It suddenly launches itself up onto its tail, opens its mouth, and lets out a skull-splitting shriek.
